Are All Items In Stock?

Yes! All items listed are in stock and ready for shipment. Please review our Shipping Policy for further detail.

How Do I Place An Order?

Orders are placed through our online check out process. Orders received before 2:00PM PST during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM PST) will be processed that day. Orders placed after normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.

What Are My Payment Options?

Payment may be made by using credit card through our secure checkout page. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Endoscopy Superstore® ships domestically and automatically defaults to UPS Ground. Your preferred delivery method is offered as an option at the time of checkout. We are currently only accepting orders from North America (US and Canada, certain exclusions may apply). All pricing is in US dollars. What Is Your Return Policy?

Merchandise returned without prior permission will not be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service at 818.340.3433 or email Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). No credit will be issued for products returned after 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy.

Is My Product Covered Under Warranty?

Our products are warranted to be in good working order and free from defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from date of sale. Any product with such defect may be returned for credit pending product evaluation upon receipt. Please see our Warranty Policy. A return authorization is always required and can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 818.340.3433 or email Customer Service. Please also see our Return Policy.
